...and, NOT about finding yourself. I came across this statement not long ago, written by a "career coach" in one of his weekly columns. I got to thinking..."Hmmm...!?!" I remember trying to "find ourselves" in the 1960's...we read about "transcendentalism" as espoused by Emerson and the Maharishi Yogi, followed, in earnest, by the Beatles. Then, we listened to Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and got even more lost! It has since dawned on me that creation rather than location is much more constructive. We have choices, the means to BECOME anyone we wish, if we so choose.
What are your thoughts?

What if the person you create contradicts the person God wanted you to find?
If God is your guide, then you will be made in His image, but, only if you "follow" God and not false witnesses.
I believe that God controls every thing except what you make of your life
However, i think God can influence you
But the human mind can be easily manipulated by others with horrid intentions. why do you think we have gangs and violence in the world. people are manipulated into doing things that they usually wouldn't do.so in response god may guide you but the devil may guide someone with and evil heart and soul into manipulating you and turning you into his pawn.
people are always the tool in which God and the Devil fight each other some people fight with god and others against him
Only if you say "Yes" to the strength of Satan. Let's face it...you know when it's wrong, no matter how tempting...it's not YOU! Yes, it takes hard work, often, to stay on the path to goodness and who you will be...
